An owner of a substantial land parcel in Moss Vale, south west of Sydney requested investigations of the potential for re-zoning of the land from Light Industrial to Low Density Residential. The land parcel is located adjacent to a residential area.

OG Urban carried out analysis of urban planning and environmental constraints and provided feasibility advice for rezoning of the land. The ultimate advice was that a Planning Proposal to rezone the land would be unlikely to achieve government support.
